The Arnold, Fenton, South Grand locations are open 7am-11pm (last wash at 10pm). Our South Broadway and Alton, IL location are open 5:30am-11pm (last wash at 10pm) Please visit our location page on our website and select the location you are looking to visit. All locations accept CASH and CARD. South Grand, South Broadway, Fenton, and Alton, IL Locations offer our premium Laundroworks system. When you enter the store you'll begin at the portal where you'll load money onto a card you'll swipe at each machine. You can load money using cash, debit, credit, and EBT. check card balance here: MyC(https://my.laundroworks.com/login)ard The Arnold Location accept coin (we have a changer & ATM on site) and The Dexter Pay App which uses credit or debit cards.

Check the door lock: Many front-load washers have safety mechanisms that prevent the door from opening mid-cycle. Wait a few minutes after the cycle stops, as the lock may release on its own. Wait for the cycle to completely end: You'll often hear a click a second or two after the cycle has ended. The door will automatically unlock once it's safe for you to remove your items.
All of our locations are equipped with auto-locking doors that lock at the posted time (typically one hour after the last wash). You can exit the facility, but will be unable to reenter after that time. After the posted close time an alarm will notify the local police if you have not left by closing. You can retrieve your items the following morning during our regular business hours
